Humedi offers a service for chronically sick members, whereby we try to offer them emergency supplies of medicine when needed. This medicine is provided for free, and is often purchased by other members. Demand is vastly exceeding supply.

Humedi will never purchase nor sell cannabis. One of our strongest beliefs is that cannabis is a plant, hence it costs nothing. Supplies of medicinal cannabis have been severely disrupted due to recent police operations, closing down many UK farms, and has opened the way for the country to be flooded with dangerously contaminated cannabis from abroad. The shortages have also seen prices increase dramatically in certain areas, making it impossible for many medicinal users on benefits to obtain sufficient medicine.

The eventual aim of Humedi is to get all medicinal users to grow their own medicine, with them donating any surplus crop back to the network for redistribution to other needy members. Until Humedi becomes self-sufficient, we are putting an SOS call to all UK growers to consider donating a percentage of your crop to help chronic medicinal users. Costs can be covered.

There are currently 3 ways in which this can be done. (If you have any more ideas, then please let me know!)

• The 'no cost' option - Humedi can send you a package containing a number of stamped addressed jiffy-bags, and plastic zip-loc bags. You can then measure up the parcels, and post them directly to the medical users.
  
  
• The 100% anonymous option - You can send donations of any amounts of medicine (even 1g! helps), or seeds  to 'Stuart Wyatt, 77 St Mary St, Plymouth, UK PL1 3JT''. Please make sure that the packages are well sealed - They must not split in the post of produce an odor. Please also include as much information about the contents (i.e. strain, wether it is organic etc. and any other comments that might be useful). This way is totally anonymous.
  
  
• The guardian angel option - If both parties are in agreement, we can put you in direct contact with medicinal users in your area.
  

ANONYMITY IS TOTALLY GUARANTEED!

All growers helping Humedi will be offered a certificate, which we would ask you to hand over to the police should you ever find yourselves on the wrong side of a very unjust law. As the organisation grows, so will its strength and protection. There are some members of Humedi (including myself) who would be willing to go to jail for our beliefs, but we totally understand and respect that others are not in the same position to be openly vocal. We will do everything in our power to protect the identities of those who wish to be protected.

If you are sending medicine, please make sure that it is flushed of all chemicals, and please state as much information as you know about the plant (strain/cross etc). Some strains are better for some medicinal users than other strains. Please make sure that the package has no way of splitting, and please make sure that it does not make a smell.  I normally tripple bag the medicine, squeezing the air out of the bags using a rolling pin, then gaffer tape it seal the package - using the rolling pin again to seal the package. You may have other ways, and I would be happy to learn :)

I admit that I am new to the cannabis scene, and I know that I have upset some quarters of the scene with my 'bull in a china shop' methods. For upsetting them, I am sorry.  Suffering from a chronic illness can give me severe tunnel vision at times. I'm learning though. Please do not consider that I am Humedi - I am not. I am just the caretaker of a growing community, and I will probably have to pass on this role very soon due to health reasons.

I will do what I can, when I can, and efficiently distribute any donated medicine that comes my way to those most needy.
