Today I am planning a four mile training walk along roads to get my legs more used to walking on tarmac.
I have no medication at the moment and there is not a thing I can do about that. If I keep my mood stable and eat right there should be less problems. Famous last words? Time and effort will tell. If I worried about it then I'd be shaking before I start. I will double the distance of the training walks towards the weekend. When I have meds I can easily do 10 miles but am forced to take it easy until something turns up. Ahhh the joys of living in a not so democratic Britain. Feel the love people! Don't forget to forget the pain!Breakfast will be fruit and porridge. This will be fun as I have no appetite but will force the carbs down all the same. Combined with a touch of nausea too. Good job I relish challenges! |
