Fairly bad fatigue for the past few days but I've forced myself out of the house on most days.
Sometimes I just shuffle to the shops are slowly walk the dogs but it helps my strength and mood so much. I'm hoping this is a little blip and will be over it in a few days. My weight has dropped nearly half a stone in a week but that's pretty normal for me. It's hard but I somehow manage to put it on again. I have nausea and no appetite but have no choice but to eat. I've been without decent medicine for a week now and aching as a result too. Don't we SICKOS go through hell sometimes? I try not to let it get me down or I'll be on an express elevator to HELL. That's the last thing I need right now. I'm off to Amsterdam next week to saturate my body with THC. All my MS symptoms almost disappear and I'm just left with some annoying sinusitis that I've been suffering with for a few years now. Went to the doctors yesterday and was privy to some of her frustration regarding the pharmaceutical companies. They are happy for you to take their harmful medicines but don't give a stuff about any side effects. The government obviously doesn't either or they would have done something about this by now. Got chatting to an elderly lady outside the co-op and she refuses NHS medication. The side effects are far, far too harsh for an ageing body and I related to her as I feel like I'm 90 today. |
