Spent the last week without meds and assumed I was coping OK. Good friends have been furiously searching for me but could only find gritweed. Fortunately, this still had most of it's medicine and seems to be contaminated only with sand. No adverse side effects to report this morning and the feeling of a slowly solidifying, damp bag of cement has mostly gone. Yesterday we made final touches to the costume and it looks nothing less than striking now. I felt it was important to list some of the treatable conditions. Press releases will be sent out today. I'd hoped to do that sooner but mental fatigue got the better of me. MPs have been informed, leaflets are printed and I just have DVDs to burn and cookies to hopefully not.

A big thank you to Rose Davies Promotions for making my costume and assisting me with modifications. Also a heartfelt thanks to those who have helped me out medicinally. I would not be doing the GNR without you kindness. The thought of doing the distance unmediated was exhausting me. Certainly, the past year would not have involved as much training.

GNR aside, I'm hoping to go back to work in some capacity fairly soon and have found a position that allows me to work from home. The training, new diet and exercise have improved my health enough to work part time from home. It's about time!!! I'll do a short walk with the dogs today, maybe just a mile to keep my muscles supple. 2 days ago they were pulling me up hills but know I have medicen it will be so much easier.
